Frequently Asked Questions
What’s your design style?
Our designs are lush, garden-inspired, and full of natural movement. Whether you love tropical, romantic, or modern styles, we’ll adapt the look to reflect your personality and venue.

What types of floral services do you offer?
We specialize in wedding floral design on Kaua‘i, from full-service installations to bridal party flowers and intimate elopements. We also create floral arrangements for special occasions, parties, and local deliveries.

Do you have a minimum for wedding flowers?
Yes. Our full-service weddings start at $4,500 to ensure we can design, source, and install your flowers with the care they deserve. For smaller weddings or elopements, we offer an Island Elopement package starting at $395.

Do you create custom designs or offer set packages?
Both! We have packages for couples who prefer a simple, streamlined approach, as well as fully customized floral designs for those with a specific vision.

Do you grow all the flowers yourself?
Most of our flowers are grown right here on our Kaua‘i farm, which means your wedding florals are as fresh and local as possible. If you request blooms that aren’t in season or can’t be grown locally, we will carefully source them to meet your design aesthetic.

What flowers are in season on Kaua‘i?
Tropical flowers like anthuriums, gingers, and heliconias are available nearly year-round, while specialty blooms such as roses, dahlias, and protea can be seasonal. We’ll guide you toward the best flowers available for your date and style.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Absolutely! We do our best to include your must-have flowers or colors. If a particular bloom isn’t available, we’ll suggest beautiful alternatives that achieve the same look and feel.

How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure your date. But you can always check and see if we have availability for your date with a minimum of two months notice. Smaller events such as elopements can often be accommodated with less notice, depending on availability.

What’s your process for working with couples?
We’ll start with an initial phone call consultation to discuss your vision and create a floral proposal/mood board tailored to your wedding. Once you’re happy with the plan, a signed agreement and deposit secure your date. We will meet for one more full consultation before your event to review the plan in preparation for the big day.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 30 days before your wedding or event.

How do you accept payment?
Payment options include a mailed check or a digital payment with our business Venmo.

Do you work with all budgets?
We do our best to create beautiful designs for a wide range of budgets. If you’re planning a smaller wedding or elopement, our Island Elopement or Tropical Ceremony packages have flexible options.
Do you deliver and set up the flowers?
Yes! Full-service weddings include delivery, on-site setup, and breakdown after your event. For Island Elopement orders, you can choose pick-up or delivery (for an additional fee).

Do you travel to all parts of Kaua‘i?
Absolutely, we design weddings all over the island.

Can ceremony flowers be repurposed for the reception?
Definitely. We love helping couples maximize their flowers by moving arrangements between locations whenever possible.

Do you stay onsite during the wedding?
For full-service weddings, we are there to deliver, install, and ensure every detail is perfect. We can also stay if you need the florals to be moved during your event (e.g. ceremony to reception).

What happens to the flowers after the wedding?
The flowers are yours to keep! Many couples give them to guests, take them back to their hotel, or have them preserved (in resin or pressed). Any flowers that are left at the venue will be removed by us either same day, or the following day (depending on the venue) during clean up. All vessels must remain on site as they are rented and need to be returned.

Do you supply vases, candles, or other decor?
Yes. We have a curated collection of vases, vessels, and candle holders, available for selection to complete your floral setup. We will collect our vessels after the event. At this time, we do not supply any arches. We do installation of florals for the arch if it is provided by your venue or rented from another vendor.
